Rehab Loan

Buy your own Lot and Build your Dream Home:

Buy your Land or Lot, Build your Home (including Manufactured), and roll all-of-it into a single low rate loan. See the options below:

FHA – Build with only 3.5% Down! You contribute only 3.5% of the total costs of the Land, Soft Costs (permits, architects, etc), & Construction into a single loan needing only a 620 credit score!

VA – Veterans & Military can build with 0% Down! You need only a 620 credit score and verification of VA eligibility!

USDA – Build with 0% Down in the further suburbs & rural areas! You contribute only 0% of the total costs but must be in an USDA eligible area, and have a 660 credit score!

Buy a Fixer Upper with a Rehab Loan. If you have found the perfect home but it needs some renovation, you can purchase the home and roll the costs of the repairs and rehab into your loan.

FHA 203(k) – Also called a FHA Renovation Loan, allows buyers to finance the cost of the home and the renovation in one mortgage with a low rate & 3.5% Down & a 620 credit score.

VA Renovation – This loan offers a similar option for military and veterans to purchase a home and finance the required renovations to bring it up to standards set by the VA with as little as 0% Down & a 620 credit score.
